Once your tickets are in hand, it takes 30 minutes to access the cave (45 minutes for busy days in summer) There may be a short wait before the ticket office, from outside the panels you will indicate an approximate time.

Before you come to the site, you can make a reservation, but it is not mandatory. This purchase will allow you to avoid waiting at the checkout in case of crowds. Plan to arrive 10 minutes before the indicated time.
PLEASE NOTE: A BEAT OF 30 min MAY BE APPLIED TO THE TIMETABLE DISPLAYED ON YOUR TICKET FOR LOGISTICAL REASONS.
Example: if on your ticket is written “Meet at 10:00 a.m.”, plan to arrive 10 minutes before and your access to the train will be between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
